Since starting work for KYP in October 2023 I feel that I have grown in my own abilities and my ability to support my learners. It was my first time delivering apprenticeships as my previous role was for Diploma’s only.

I have worked as an assessor for KYP for over 13 years. I currently support learners on the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship and also Level 5 Children, Young People and Families Manager Apprenticeship.

Lead assessor/EPAI work at KYP Training as an Assessor and IQA, focussing on Residential Childcare. Since joining the company, I have been given the opportunity for my own personal development and career progression.

I work at KYP Training as an Assessor, focussing on Residential Childcare. I deliver training to Level 3 practitioners and Level 4 Apprenticeships.

I am employed as a Tutor/Assessor by KYP Training and have been working for the company since March 2024. My role is to support learners from several different Residential Childcare companies as they complete their Diplomas and Apprenticeships.

I have worked for KYP for over thirteen years now in a variety of different positions. I started off as an assessor with a small caseload of health and social care and residential childcare learners and have progressed into different roles as the company has developed.
