Anastasiia – Assessor

Since joining KYP, I have developed significantly both professionally and personally, and I am incredibly grateful for the support I have received throughout my journey. I joined as an Assessor in Training and, within just three months, progressed to becoming an Assessor in Residential Childcare. This achievement would not have been possible without the encouragement, guidance and confidence that my colleagues have shown in me from the very beginning.

Before joining KYP Training, I had already achieved a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Education and Pedagogy and had recently completed a Master’s Degree in Education, specialising in Leadership, Management and SEND, alongside my qualification in Residential Childcare.

KYP has given me the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in practice, further develop my assessment skills, and continue growing in confidence and competence within my role. From day one, I have felt welcomed, valued and supported by everyone at KYP Training. My colleagues have been incredibly approachable, encouraging and always willing to share their knowledge and expertise. This positive and supportive environment helped me settle in quickly, build strong professional relationships, and feel like a genuine part of the team.

I have benefited greatly from working with KYP, not only through the opportunities for professional development and career progression, but also through being part of a team that truly supports one another and celebrates each other’s successes. I am proud of how far I have come in such a short period of time and look forward to continuing to learn, develop and contribute to the success of KYP.
