I work at KYP Training as an Assessor, focussing on Residential Childcare. I deliver training to Level 3 practitioners and Level 4 Apprenticeships.
I have been given the opportunity for my own personal development via online training. I am currently working on my CET course. KYP has invested in me by up-skilling me and my knowledge so I am more able to support my learners and deliver high quality training. I am supported by the IQA’s with monthly standardisation meetings and occupancy discussions. The support I receive is very helpful with everyone always being approachable and knowledgeable.
KYP has adopted flexible working which is of great benefit to me as I have a young child. This allows me to balance my work and home life easily and causes less stress. I am also able to support learners in a flexible way which fits their working hours. Learners appreciate this and it helps them to feel supported.
