When I started my apprenticeship, I was nervous and anxious. I had never worked with children with complex trauma before and I was really unsure of what I was doing. Everything seemed new and strange. Michelle was very patient to show me the way throughout the course.
The course gave me guidance and knowledge on how to perform my job better. Michelle was kind and always available to assist me and I changed from being nervous to a more confident person. I am now knowledgeable about my job.
Michelle is a lovely person and its been great to learn from her.
