Lead assessor/EPAI work at KYP Training as an Assessor and IQA, focussing on Residential Childcare. I deliver training to Level 3 practitioners and Level 5 managers and also Level 4 and Level 5 Apprenticeships.
Since joining the company, I have been given the opportunity for my own personal development and career progression. This includes regular online training and more advanced courses including the Diploma in Education and Training. I feel KYP has invested in me and the courses have enhanced my skills and knowledge so I am more able to support my learners and deliver high quality training. I am fully supported with any resources I require for my job and management take on board my views and the views of other assessors.
KYP also offers flexibility with working hours and work/life balance and this benefits me with my family life, and reduces stress. More importantly, this flexibility supports the learners who work 24/7 in residential care homes and aids the success rate of the Diplomas and Apprenticeships.
