Throughout my time working with Amanda, I have felt thoroughly supported and she has always been available if I have needed some help or advice between our monthly teams catch ups.
The monthly catch ups have always been fun, engaging yet very helpful and I have always walked away knowing exactly what is expected of me and what I have to action before the next meet. Amanda makes learning a positive thing and explains it all in a way that is easy to understand.
Equally if I am unsure of something Amanda will rephrase in a different way until I do understand.
The course overall has really helped me develop my confidence in my current job role and expand my knowledge in areas such as the theorists and also multi-agency work.
The course has also helped me in gaining an interview for a senior position at Robin house, which is a massive positive!!
