I would like to provide feedback on my assessor, Amanda, and my experience during this course.
Throughout the course I have felt very well supported. Amanda is always approachable, patient and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly.
If I have questions or need clarification, she has been supportive and encouraging, which has helped to build my confidence in my learning.
Amanda has helped me by breaking down complex topics into manageable parts and has given clear examples of practice which is relatable. Her teaching style has made the course accessible and engaging and I always feel comfortable asking questions.
The course has been helpful in my role as a deputy manager. It has given me a better understanding of the subject area and has helped me to develop new skills and knowledge that I can apply directly at work. I now feel more confident in what I am doing, and the course has supported my professional development and my overall understanding.
To conclude, I have had a very positive experience and the support and guidance provided by Amanda has played a key role in my progress throughout the course.
