Michelle has been extremely supportive throughout my apprenticeship and was always available whenever I needed help. Units were sent promptly, and additional units were provided quickly whenever I requested them. Once completed, Michelle uploaded my work to OneFile without delay, giving me a clear understanding of my progress and overall percentage. The feedback I received was consistently positive and constructive, helping guide me effectively into each next unit.
Witness testimonies were also sent out early, allowing plenty of time for completion before I finished my units. Overall, Michelle has been fantastic and a great support throughout my learning journey.
