I am most grateful that I had Michelle as my tutor throughout my apprenticeship, from turning on my laptop to see a friendly face, to hearing a warm and happy voice. Michelle showed lots of patience, explained things well and reassured me that all my questions and feelings were valid.
Michelle showed great knowledge and passion as a tutor and would apply this when tutoring me to encourage me to engage in conversation to the point that I looked forward to every session booked, showing up on time and completing the work set.
All my completed work was marked, feedback given and new modules sent to me in a timely manner that allowed me to move through the qualification ahead of time. This kept me focused and engaged throughout the course and the knowledge I gained, in my head. I apply this knowledge daily in my job.
I constantly find myself highly recommending Michelle to my colleagues who are new and about to start their apprenticeship as well as to the ones on the apprenticeship who are struggling to engage and keep motivated.
