Since the very start of my apprenticeship Jess smith has been clear, explaining each unit that I have been issued as well as the expectations required to successfully complete this.
The guidance and feedback I receive ensure that I feel confident in what is expected and has always been positive.
Jess has listened to any questions I have asked and replied with the best possible answer, explaining them to me and reassuring myself as each unit gets completed.
I have found her support welcoming. I continue to feel able to email or message if and when needed.
This has been very encouraging and helpful as knowing that the support is available has meant that I have been able to continue without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
