I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback to Marnie, whose support and guidance have had a significant impact on both my professional development and my success in completing my level 5 diploma.
Throughout my qualification, Marnie demonstrated a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and commitment. Their approach was supportive yet challenging encouraging me to reflect deeply on my practise as a manager and to continually improve the quality of leadership and care within my service. Feedback was always constructive, clear and timely which helped me understand expectations and confidently meet the required standards. Marnie’s ability to link theory to real-life practise was particularly valuable. This not only supported me in passing the diploma but also strengthened my skills in management, compliance , staff development, and person-centered care. As a result, I have grown in confidence in my role and have been able to implement positive changes within my workplace.
