I have been enjoying the course as it has been able to develop my knowledge in many areas. I would of not been able to complete my units without the support of Laura who is always helping by responding to my emails right away and always very helpful on the Teams meeting taking to me about what I have done well and areas I can improve on.
Laura is also very considerate as there have been times I’ve not been able to complete a unit by the deadline due to personal reasons and Laura has been able to assist me further by giving me a extension. I feel the qualification will help me go into other areas in care and supporting me with new young children coming to live at Bracken which I am forever grateful for.
