I feel that you really helped in completing my qualification as you were super supportive, always at the end of a team’s call or email if I needed any help or guidance and the feedback you would give me on my units gave me the confidence in completing more!
I felt you supported me in ways that worked for me, such as leaving me to get on with the work sent, with the right balance of checking in and seeing how I was getting on with it, if I needed any additional support or if it was okay.
Since completing my qualification last year, I have promoted to the senior role in my job! Having the qualification has definitely benefited me as it taught me things I wasn’t necessarily aware of before, such as different theories and regulations.
It really opened me up to a whole world of knowledge that I now use when completing paperwork, supporting/working alongside my team & supporting the young people I work with!
