I personally completed my diploma level 3 and 4 with the support from Michelle.
Michelle ensured that she worked around my hectic schedule whilst arranging meetings, Michelle understood if I have to reschedule if I was having issues within the home and it never made me feel as if it was too much trouble.
We found a relationship which worked for me where Michelle would send me several modules together so that I could get to them when I had days off.
I found the advice I received in the feedback kept me on track with my modules and gave me the guidelines of what was wanted from me.
Michelle during the level 4 apprenticeship gave the support and confidence to be able to complete it with distinctions in all areas.
I am so glad to be finished but could not have done it without the support.
