Michelle has been an incredible support for me with my qualification. Education is something I love and value, but due to some issues, I have a hard time finding education accessible and in a way that suits me.
I personally completed my diploma level 3 and 4 with the support from Michelle.

Michelle has been extremely supportive throughout my apprenticeship and was always available whenever I needed help. Units were sent promptly, and additional units were provided quickly whenever I requested them.
When I started my apprenticeship, I was nervous and anxious. I had never worked with children with complex trauma before and I was really unsure of what I was doing. Everything seemed new and strange.
I am most grateful that I had Michelle as my tutor throughout my apprenticeship, from turning on my laptop to see a friendly face, to hearing a warm and happy voice. Michelle showed lots of patience, explained things well and reassured me that all my questions and feelings were valid.
